What are the age requirements for Memberships and Classes?
10-17 can use the Sewing Studio, accompanied by a guardian.
14-17 can use all other equipment, accompanied by a guardian.
These ages also apply to classes (unless otherwise noted), but guardians do not need to pay their own class fee if they will not be participating in the class.
We wish we could have more flexibility for teenage members, but this is what our insurance allows.
What kind of tools do you have?
We are always adding to the workshop! See the current equipment list.
I want to tour Factory 43 before committing to a membership. Do I need to make an appointment?
No! Come anytime during business hours and we will be happy to show you around.
How do I become a member?
Check out online or visit us in-store.
Can I use the space without being a member?
Yes. There is a $20 day fee for non-member access.
Can I take a class without a membership?
Yes, our classes are open to everyone.
What classes are offered?

Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, we have gift certificates available for any membership tier you choose.
Do you provide storage facilities?
Not yet, but we are working on it!
Do you accept donations?
Yes. We accept monetary donations and material donations, such as gently to moderately used tools, machinery, wood/metal/fabric scraps, and more. Visit our donations page.
Do you host events?
If you would like to rent out Factory 43 for your group please contact us for times and availability.

We are waiting on some of our signage, so here are some directions to help you find us!
We are in the Idaho Innovation Center Complex. We are in Building B. Look for the staircase leading to large glass doors/windows. Our logo is on the door to help guide you.
What are your hours?
11 AM - 7 PM Wednesday through Saturday
11 AM - 3 PM Sunday
(Closed Monday and Tuesday)
